Alisha was instrumental in helping us get our house ready to rent as a short term rental. Her course The Short Term Rental Lab had advice and ideas that had never occurred to us, and she is an expert in helping others see the vision.

Alisha has an incredible eye for detail and made many suggestions in regard to items we should have in the house for our guests. She also provided links to the items we need that were of high quality yet still within our budget.

All in all, it was a great experience working with Alisha and taking the Short Term Rental Lab. We will continue to rely on her expertise and be on the lookout for her next class.

From tips and tricks, to things I hadn't even thought of and wisdom that I didn't even know I needed. The documents in this course are so helpful! Alisha lays out everything that you could need to set up your short term rental. The calendar is especially helpful to help you stay on track! She also does a great job of walking you through step by step and showing you how to complete everything.

I thought that this course was great. I think it covered all necessary bases to get a short term rental up and running. There is just so much that goes into it that many people don't think about - LIKE THE BACKUP BLANKETS/TOWELS/AMENITIES! :) Other than that, everything else pretty much stays put. I also agree that cleaning is the most important thing for a rental. No one wants to go in and see a single hair or have stained bedding. It just will not get your guests off to the right start. Alisha, I think you did a great job with this course.
