The thought of starting a vacation rental is both exhilarating and terrifying. Alisha helped me narrow in on what I needed to focus on to get my place up to snuff to start listing right away! From tips and tricks, to things I hadn't even thought of and wisdom that I didn't even know I needed. I almost completely pulled the plug on my rental unit because I found out some tricky bi-laws but she was able to help me think of some solutions to help solve my problem! This course has been a complete gem!
